Why
Most wallets are vaults. Hero closes the loop: payments, swaps, and a marketplace in one tight flow.
Goal
Turn a hold-only wallet into a daily-use spending loop.
Most crypto wallets are vaults. Great at holding, useless for living. Hero's thesis is that crypto only matters when you can spend it, so the entire product is built around a tight loop: hold, swap, pay, and a marketplace to spend into, all one or two taps apart.
Designing a spending loop is about rhythm and reduction. Collapsing the distance between I have and I bought, making swaps feel like a means rather than an event. I designed paired light and dark surfaces so it reads as a consumer product, not a developer tool.
The goal was a wallet you open every day, not one you check on.
